Refund policy

Every Leafmates product is printed on demand, just for you. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check our Size guide before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help you find it or send a replacement.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it for the cost of shipping.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, before it goes into production. Contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
